Our Service Department, led by President Rick Wohler, offers a wide range of services for our customers:

1. Expert Guidance

You're bound to have questions about your United Standard equipment. "How do I know when to add salt?" "How do I set my timer?" Just give our Service Department a call and they'll be happy to answer your questions or give you guidance.

EWS Savannah is a factory-authorized service center in Georgia and South Carolina for the United Standard The Knight and The Royal systems and the Hydro-Quad and Ultra-Micron systems.

2. Service Calls

The EWS technicians can service any brand of water softeners. They also travel great distances on a regular basis to meet the needs of our customers. Our service area encompasses: the entire state of Georgia, the South Carolina coastal area (from Santee Cooper south) and eastern Alabama.

As a courtesy, our service department calls our customers once a year to remind them that they are due for an annual filter change on The Royal reverse osmosis system. Customers who choose to change their own filters can get guidance over the telephone by calling our service professionals.

3. Optional Custom Services

Our customers can opt for custom service packages (renewed annually) that ensure their United Standard equipment is always in top working condition. Customers can choose from the following service packages:

Package A: Quarterly salt service;

Package B: Quarterly salt service and an annual filter change;
